Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the labels and tickets intact and with the original invoice. Returns will be credited for the principal value of the product. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery time for standard orders within Canada is currently 4-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within ten working days, please contact our Customer Service department. International deliveries genearlly take approximately 1-2 weeks, but can take longer.

Minor Variaton

Please note that while every effort is made to 100% replicate the accent button and braid (headdresses),these may differ slightly from what is pictured. Due to the variant nature of fur, there may be slight variations in colour for the vintage fur products.
